One of the things that a lot of people want to do before the big day is to shed some pounds. We have put together some tips to not only help you get in the right frame of mind, but take action upon it so you can improve your overall health. So lets get started!
- Workout with your husband/bride to be. This is important because you both can not only motivate, but encourage each other and express your feelings about this subject early on. If you can’t talk about dieting and weight before you are married then your communication needs improvement. Why not start now working together as a team before you evenĀ get married.
- Set reasonable goals for losing weight or toning up. Its important to be reasonable about what your body can handle, as well as how you are going to achieve it. Ask your best friend if the goals you set seem achievable for you, or if they seem to high. Others honest opinions sometimes can put us in check with reality.
- Schedule your routine. If you don’t have specific dates and time for going to the gym then how are you going to add it in to an already busy schedule of wedding planning? its just not going to happen. Make a time and stick to it!
- Do more reps and less weight. Don’t think that you have to increase the weight on machines that you use, or the resistance to lose weight. increase these amounts very lightly, but increase the amount of times more so than anything. It takes time to burn fat, so be patient and be active.
